How to use

Intended for regular daily use.
Apply a small amount of paste to the toothbrush and clean the teeth using circular motions (without pressure).
In parallel with cleaning the teeth, it is recommended to perform a gentle massage of the gums.
Then, rinse the oral cavity with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
