1. Visually inspect the integrity of the consumer packaging.
2. Ensure the expiration date of the syringe is valid.
3. Open the consumer packaging and remove the syringe.
4. Firmly attach the needle to the syringe cone if it is not already attached.
5. Check the tightness of the needle connection.
6. Adjust the position of the plunger to the zero mark.
7. Remove the protective cap from the needle.
8. Draw the medication into the syringe according to the doctor's instructions.
9. Hold the syringe vertically, with the needle pointing up, and expel air bubbles by pressing on the plunger.
10. Administer the injection.
11. After the injection, apply a disinfectant-soaked cotton ball to the injection site and cover the needle with the cap. Be cautious of accidental needle stick injuries from the used needle.
12. Dispose of the syringe in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.7.2790-10.
