у детей в возрасте от 1 месяца до 3-х лет включительно.

How to use

10 drops per dose (drops are measured in a spoon). In the first day of treatment: the first 2 hours, 10 drops every 30 minutes, then, during the remaining time, 3 more times at equal intervals. From the 2nd to the 5th day: 10 drops 3 times a day.
The medication is taken outside of meals. In the first day of treatment, the first five doses of the medication should be administered between feedings or 15 minutes before feeding the child or taking liquids.

По 10 капель на прием (капли дозируют в ложку). В первые сутки лечения: первые 2 часа по 10 капель каждые 30 минут, затем, в оставшееся время, еще 3 раза через равные промежутки. Со 2-х по 5-е сутки: по 10 капель
3 раза в день.
Препарат принимается вне приема пищи. В первые сутки лечения первые пять приемов препарата следует проводить в промежутке между кормлениями либо за 15 минут до кормления ребенка или приема жидкости.

Active ingredient:
affinity-purified antibodies to human gamma interferon - 10,000 UMD*.
Excipients: maltitol, glycerol, potassium sorbate, anhydrous citric acid, purified water.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Age under 1 month.
Hereditary fructose intolerance (due to the presence of maltitol).
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The safety of Anaferon® for children in pregnant and lactating women has not been studied.

The preparation contains maltitol, therefore it is not recommended for patients with hereditary fructose intolerance.

In case of overdose, dyspeptic symptoms may occur due to the excipients contained in the preparation.

Pharmacology

During preclinical and clinical studies, the efficacy of the drug against influenza viruses, herpes simplex viruses types 1 and 2 (labial herpes, genital herpes), other herpesviruses (chickenpox, infectious mononucleosis), and rotavirus has been demonstrated.
The drug reduces the concentration of the virus in affected tissues, influences the endogenous interferon system and associated cytokines, induces the production of endogenous "early" interferons (IFN α/β) and gamma-interferon (IFN γ). It stimulates both humoral and cellular immune responses. It increases antibody production (including secretory IgA), activates the functions of T-effectors, T-helper cells (Th), and normalizes their ratio. It enhances the functional reserve of Th and other cells involved in the immune response. It acts as an inducer of a mixed Txl and Th2 immune response: it increases the production of Txl cytokines (IFN γ, IL-2) and Th2 (IL-4, 10), restoring (modulating) the Th1/Th2 balance. It enhances the functional activity of phagocytes and natural killer cells (NK cells).

The sensitivity of modern physicochemical analysis methods (gas-liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, chromatographic mass spectrometry) does not allow for the assessment of the active substance content of Anaferon® for children in biological fluids, organs, and tissues, which makes it technically impossible to study pharmacokinetics.

В ходе доклинических и клинических исследований доказана эффективность препарата в отношении вирусов гриппа, вирусов простого герпеса 1 и 2 типов (лабиальный герпес, генитальный герпес), других герпесвирусов (ветряная оспа, инфекционный мононуклеоз), ротавируса.
Препарат снижает концентрацию вируса в пораженных тканях, влияет на систему эндогенных интерферонов и сопряженных с ними цитокинов, индуцирует образование эндогенных "ранних" интерферонов (ИФН а/β) и гамма-интерферона (ИФН γ). Стимулирует гуморальный и клеточный иммунный ответ. Повышает продукцию антител (включая секреторный IgA), активизирует функции Т-эффекторов, Т-хелперов (Тх), нормализует их соотношение. Повышает функциональный резерв Тх и других клеток, участвующих в иммунном ответе. Является индуктором смешанного Txl и Тх2-иммунного ответа: повышает выработку цитокинов Txl (ИФН γ, ИЛ-2) и Тх2 (ИЛ-4, 10), восстанавливает (модулирует) баланс Тх1/Тх2. Повышает функциональную активность фагоцитов и естественных клеток-киллеров
(NK клеток).

Чувствительность современных физико-химических методов анализа (газожидкостная хроматография, высокоэффективная жидкостная хроматография, хромато-масс-спектрометрия) не позволяет оценивать содержание действующего вещества препарата Анаферон® детский в биологических жидкостях, органах и тканях, что делает технически невозможным изучение фармакокинетики.
