How to use

B vitamins (of which brewer's yeast is a rich source) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, support the immune status of the body, and improve the condition of the skin and hair.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant that increases resistance to colds and enhances the action of iron.
Niacin and folic acid are involved in the regulation of protein metabolism, contribute to the normalization of gastrointestinal secretion, positively affect fat metabolism in internal organs, and the functioning of the cardiovascular and immune systems.
The daily intake (2 tablets) contains, at least: iron — 18mg – 128.5% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA)*, vitamin C – 26mg – 43.3% of the RDA, vitamin B1 – 0.6mg – 42.8% of the RDA, vitamin B2 – 0.5mg – 35% of the RDA, niacin (vitamin PP, B3) — 7.2mg — 40% of the RDA, vitamin B6 – 1.6mg – 80% of the RDA, folic acid (vitamin B9) – 80mcg – 40% of the RDA.
