BEER YEAST EKKO PLUS WITH SELENIUM - Dietary Supplement (BAA)
Appearance and properties: round tablets from beige to light brown; with a specific odor characteristic of this type of product; tasteless.
Daily intake (2 tablets) contains, at least:
selenium - 50 mcg - 71.4% of the RDA,
vitamin B1 - 0.6 mg - 42.8% of the RDA,
vitamin B2 - 0.4 mg - 25% of the RDA,
niacin (vitamin PP, B3) - 2 mg - 11% of the RDA,
vitamin B6 - 0.8 mg - 40% of the RDA,
folic acid (vitamin B9) - 110 mcg - 55% of the RDA.
RDA - recommended daily allowance.
Selenium has antioxidant properties, providing protective effects on the immune system by preventing the formation of free radicals that damage body tissues.
It increases antibody production during infectious diseases, contributes to the normalization of the cardiovascular system, liver, pancreas, and participates in the functioning of the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolic processes in the human body, slowing down aging processes.
B vitamins (of which yeast is a rich source) support the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintain the immune status of the body, and improve the condition of skin and hair.
