Предназначены для использования с прибором для определения уровня глюкозы в крови Contour Plus (Контур Плюс) и Contour Plus One (Контур Плюс Уан).

How to use

Testing procedure:
Detailed instructions for performing the test are provided in the Contour® PLUS user manual and accompanying inserts.
Brief test procedure:
Remove a test strip from the vial and insert it gray end first into the corresponding port of the device. The glucometer will emit a sound signal.
The glucometer will turn on. A symbol in the form of a test strip with a flashing drop of blood will appear on the screen. Use the Microlet pen to obtain a drop of blood.
Touch the drop of blood with the sampling tip of the test strip. The blood will be drawn into the test area.
Hold the tip of the test strip in the drop of blood until the glucometer emits a sound signal. If there is insufficient blood, the glucometer will emit a sound signal twice, and an image of an underfilled strip will appear on the screen. Blood can be added to the same strip within 30 seconds.
After the sound signal, a 5-second countdown will begin, after which the measurement result will be displayed on the screen and automatically recorded in the memory of the glucometer.
At this point, you can mark "before meal" or "after meal."
After removing the test strip, the glucometer will automatically turn off.

Краткая процедура теста:
Извлеките из флакона тест-полоску и вставьте ее серым концом в соответствующий порт прибора. Глюкометр должен издать звуковой сигнал.
Глюкометр при этом включится.На экране появится символ в виде тест-полоски с мигающей каплей крови. С помощью ручки Микролет получите каплю крови.
Прикоснитесь к капле крови заборным кончиком тест-полоски. Кровь втянется в зону теста.
Держите кончик тест-полоски в капле крови, пока глюкометр не издаст звуковой сигнал.Если крови недостаточно, глюкометр дважды издаст звуковой сигнал, а на экране появится изображение недозаполненной полоски. В течении 30 секунд можно добавить кровь на туже полоску.
После звукового сигнала начнется 5-ти секундный обратный отсчет, затем результат измерения отобразится на экране и будет автоматически записан в память глюкометра.
При этом можно поставить метки "до еды" или "после еды".
После извлечения тест-полоски глюкометр автоматически отключится.

1. Contour Plus test strips are plastic strips measuring 5 by 28 mm, with an electrode system at one end and a blood collection chamber at the other.
2. Chemical composition: Flavin adenine dinucleotide-glucose dehydrogenase (FAD-GDH) (Aspergillus sp., 4.0 units per test strip), 21%; mediator - 54%, inactive ingredients 25%.

Pharmacology

Contour®PLUS test strips are designed for use with Contour Plus (Contour Plus) and Contour Plus One (Contour Plus One) blood glucose meters.
Contour Plus test strips are electrochemical test strips for glucometers, intended for both semi-quantitative in vitro blood glucose analysis and daily glycemic monitoring.
Contour Plus test strips are intended to monitor blood glucose levels in patients.
Thanks to the latest technologies used in the development of the Contour Plus measurement system, the test strips have a number of unique features that enhance the accuracy of the analysis.
Contour Plus test strips utilize the enzyme FAD-GDH and a new mediator developed by Bayer.
The "capillary blood sampling" technology allows the test strip to automatically absorb a small amount of blood.
System characteristics:
- Sample tested: whole capillary and venous blood
- Test result: relative to glucose content in plasma/serum
The Contour Plus system is used only with Contour Plus test strips for high accuracy results:
The "Second Chance" technology allows additional blood to be applied to the test strip in case of underfilling.
The "No Coding" technology prevents errors associated with entering the wrong code.

Storage and handling rules for test strips:
- Store strips at a temperature of 0 to 30 °C.
- Keep strips in the original vial. After removing a strip from the vial, immediately close the lid tightly.
- Wash and dry hands thoroughly before using the strips.
- Do not use test strips after the expiration date. The expiration date is indicated on the vial label and on the box of test strips.
- The expiration date of the test strips (indicated on the packaging) does not depend on the moment the vial is opened.
- Test strips are intended for single use. Do not reuse them.
- After opening the box of test strips, ensure that the vial lid is securely closed. If the lid is not closed, do not use the test strips.
Check the product for missing, damaged, or torn parts.

Правила хранения и обращения тест-полосок:
-Храните полоски при температуре от 0 до 30 °C.
