Массаж. Ароматизация воздуха.

How to use

Massage. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage for several minutes until fully absorbed.

Air aromatization. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.

Массаж. Ароматическое масло (3-5 капель) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать в течение нескольких минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель эфирного масла в расчете 20м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажжённую свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды. Длительность процедуры 15-30 минут.
