How to use

Air Freshening.
Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil; periodically add water as needed. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
Massage.
Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage for several minutes until fully absorbed into the skin.

Ароматизация воздуха.
Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель ароматического масла в расчете на 20м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажженую свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды, время от времеи необходимо добавлять воду. Длительность процедуры 15-30 мин.
Массаж.
Ароматическое масло (3-5 капель) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать в течение нескольких минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
