How to use

Massage.
Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage for several minutes until fully absorbed into the skin.
Air Aromatization.
Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.

Массаж.
Ароматическое масло (3-5 капель) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать в течение нескольких минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
Ароматизация воздуха.
Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель ароматического масла в расчете 20м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажжённую свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды. Длительность процедуры 15-30 минут.

Before using the oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Apply one drop of the oil to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear.
Use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction after 12 hours.
Do not use in case of individual intolerance.
Do not apply orally.
