How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) of the raw material with 200 ml of boiling water, infuse for 20 minutes, and strain. Adults should take 1/2 cup 3 times a day with meals. Duration of intake: 2-3 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Properties:
Oak bark has a strong anti-inflammatory and astringent effect. It is indicated for acute and chronic enterocolitis accompanied by diarrhea, as well as for various types of bleeding. An infusion of oak bark is recommended for gargling in cases of inflammatory processes, hoarseness, and periodontitis. Oak infusion is used for burns, to treat bedsores, and eczema. For cervical erosions and colpitis, irrigations with oak bark infusion are performed. Oak bark is included in collections for throat gargling.

Кора дуба оказывает сильное противовоспалительное и вяжущее действие. Назначают при острых и хронических энтероколитах, сопровождающихся поносами, а также при различных кровотечениях. Отвар коры рекомендуется для полоскания рта и горла при воспалительных процессах, хрипоте, парадонтозе. Дубовый отвар применяют при ожогах, для лечения пролежней и экзем. При эрозиях шейки матки и кольпитах делают ирригации из отвара коры дуба. Кора дуба входит в состав сборов для полоскания горла.
