How to use

Hair strengthening, elimination of dandruff and hair brittleness: Mix 3-5 drops of lavender oil with 10 g (ml) of a base (cream, lotion, tonic, shampoo, etc.).
Massage: Mix 5-8 drops of lavender oil with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (olive, almond, corn, wheat germ, etc.) or your chosen cream.
Bath: Add 5-8 drops of lavender oil, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a filled bathtub (37-38 °C). Duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Sauna: Add 5-10 drops of lavender oil to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the upper shelf of the steam room.

Укрепление волос, устранение перхоти и ломкости волос: 3-5 капель лавандового масла смешать с 10 г (мл) основы (крема, лосьона, тоника, шампуня и пр.).
Массаж: 5-8 капель лавандового масла смешать с 1 столовой ложкой любого растительного масла (оливкового, миндального, кукурузного, зародышей пшеницы и др.) или выбранного Вами крема.
Ванна: В наполненную ванну (37-38 °С) добавить 5-8 капель лавандового масла, предварительно смешанных с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Длительность процедуры 10-15 мин.
Сауна: 5-10 капель лавандового масла добавить в емкость с небольшим количеством горячей воды и поместить на верхний стеллаж парилки

Appearance: The essential oil is a mobile colorless or yellow-green liquid with a slightly bitter taste and a characteristic lavender scent.

Narrow-leaved lavender or medicinal lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is a perennial evergreen semi-shrub with a silvery color, reaching up to 70 cm in height, belonging to the Lamiaceae family, characterized by its spike-like inflorescence. The plant is native to the Mediterranean region and is cultivated in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia. The ancient Romans were the first to use lavender for scenting baths and the mummification process. The Greeks considered lavender a tonic and used it to improve sleep.

Lavender essential oil is obtained from the fresh flowers of narrow-leaved or medicinal lavender through steam distillation (yield up to 1%) or by extraction with low-boiling petroleum ether (yield 2.0-2.5%).

The main components of the essential oil are: linalyl acetate (35-50%), free linalool (25-35%), and its esters with other acids. Accompanying terpenoid substances include: citral, borneol, isoborneol, bornyl acetate, camphor, α-pinene, and it also contains tannins (up to 12%) and flavonoids. These individual components are used in perfumery compositions, soap fragrances, and cosmetic products.

Lavender essential oil has a beneficial effect on the processes of epidermal cell renewal, improves skin texture, tone, and elasticity. It is an excellent fast-acting agent for cleansing and caring for problem skin.
