Indications

Lemon essential oil is recommended for the care of various skin types. It has a toning effect and instantly relieves skin fatigue. In cosmetic products, lemon soothes, refreshes, and smooths the skin, lightens pigmentation spots, and evens skin tone.

How to use

- For oily hair care: Mix 3–5 drops of lemon oil with 10 g (ml) of a base (cream, lotion, tonic, shampoo, etc.).
- Bath: Add 5–8 drops of lemon oil to a filled bathtub, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure is 10–20 minutes.
- Massage: Mix 5–10 drops of lemon oil with 1–3 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (almond, corn, peach, etc.) or your chosen cream.

ONLY OIL LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL - is obtained from the peel of the fruit (zest) of the evergreen lemon tree by cold pressing (Lemon Oil Expressed) or steam distillation (Lemon Oil Distilled).
Appearance and properties: the oil is light, volatile, yellowish in color with a strong lemon scent.

Lemon (Citrus limon) - a fruit tree with dark green leathery leaves, reaching a height of no more than 5 meters, belonging to the citrus genus of the Rutaceae family. It does not occur in the wild and is widely cultivated in the subtropical zone. The use of lemon dates back to the 11th century when it was first consumed in China. The treatment and prevention of scurvy with lemon were established by Chinese medicine long before the discovery of vitamin C.

Lemon oil contains up to 90% of the terpene limonene, citral, as a carrier of the lemon aroma, citronellal, geranyl acetate. It is rich in flavanones, ascorbic acid, and citric acid.
