Indications

Grapefruit oil initiates the process of restoring uneven textured skin (sagging, stretch marks), providing toning and strengthening effects. Due to its pronounced pleasant aroma, grapefruit oil is suitable for baths and use in baths and saunas.

How to use

Enrichment of cosmetic products: Mix 7–10 drops of grapefruit oil with 10–15 g (ml) of a base (cream, lotion, gel, shampoo, etc.) and apply to problem areas of the skin.
Massage: Mix 4–5 drops of grapefruit oil with 1–2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (olive, almond, corn, wheat germ) or your chosen cream.
Baths: Add 5–7 drops of grapefruit oil, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a filled bath (37–38° C). Duration of the procedure is 10–15 minutes.
Sauna: Add 5–7 drops of grapefruit oil to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top shelf of the steam room.
For room fragrance: Add 5–7 drops of grapefruit essential oil to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room.

Обогащение косметических средств: 7–10 капель масла грейпфрута смешать с 10–15 г (мл) основы (крема, лосьона, геля, шампуня и др.) нанести на проблемные участки кожи.
Массаж: 4–5 капель масла грейпфрута смешать с 1–2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла (оливкового, миндального, кукурузного, зародышей пшеницы) или выбранного Вами крема.
Ванны: В наполненную ванну (37–38° С) добавить 5–7 капель масла грейпфрута, предварительно смешанного с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Длительность процедуры 10–15 мин.
Сауна: 5–7 капель масла грейпфрута добавить в емкость с небольшим количеством горячей воды и поместить на верхний стеллаж парилки.
Для ароматизации помещений: 5–7 капель эфирного масла грейпфрута добавить в аромалампу, заправленную водой, и зажечь свечу. Аромат наполнит помещение.
