Indications

Lagophthalmos, eyelid deformity, ectropion, condition after plastic surgery on the eyelids, thermal burns of the cornea and conjunctiva, keratoplasty and keratectomy.
Bullous dystrophic changes of the cornea, erosion and trophic ulcers of the cornea, keratopathy, microdefects of the corneal epithelium, as part of the complex therapy for "dry eye" syndrome.
Conducting gonioscopy, electroretinography, electrooculography, echobiometry.

Лагофтальм, деформация век, эктропион, состояние после пластических операций на веках, термических ожогов роговицы и конъюнктивы, кератопластики и кератоэктомии.
Буллёзные дистрофические изменения роговицы, эрозия и трофические язвы роговицы, кератопатия, микродефекты роговичного эпителия, в составе комплексной терапии синдрома «сухого глаза».
Проведение гониоскопии, электроретинографии, электроокулографии, эхобиометрии.

How to use

Locally. 1 or 2 drops 4-8 times a day in the lower conjunctival sac, if necessary, 1 or 2 drops every hour. Treatment course - at least 2-3 weeks.
When performing gonioscopy, electroretinography, electrooculography, or echobiometric examination of the eyeball, 1 drop is instilled once.

Местно. По 1 или 2 капли 4-8 раз в сутки в нижний конъюнктивальный мешок, при необходимости по 1 или 2 капле каждый час. Курс лечения - не менее 2-3 нед.
При проведении гониоскопии, электроретинографии, электроокулографии, эхобиометрического исследования глазного яблока однократно закапывается 1 капля.

Composition

Composition per 1 ml:
Active ingredient: hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) - 3 mg.
Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium edetate dihydrate (disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, dihydrate (Trilon B)), sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (monosodium phosphate, dihydrate), sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate (disodium phosphate, dodecahydrate), water for injection.

A clear or slightly opalescent colorless or lightly colored liquid.

Действующее вещество: гипромеллоза (гидроксипропилметилцеллюлоза) - 3 мг.

Contraindications & warnings

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; acute phase of chemical burn of the cornea and conjunctiva (until complete removal of toxic substances or necrotized tissues); pregnancy and lactation.
With caution
In children under 18 years of age, the drug should be used only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy is not recommended.
If the drug is necessary during lactation, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Remove contact lenses before instilling the medication and reinsert them no earlier than 30 minutes after instillation.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
If blurred vision occurs after instillation, it is necessary to refrain from driving vehicles and engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions until vision is restored.

Гиперчувствительность к компонентам препарата, острая фаза химического ожога роговицы и конъюнктивы (до полного удаления токсичных веществ или некротизированных тканей), беременность и лактация.
С осторожностью
У детей до 18 лет препарат следует применять только, если ожидаемая польза превышает возможный риск.
Применение при беременности и в период лактации
Применять препарат в период беременности не рекомендуется.
При необходимости назначения препарата в период лактации следует прекратить грудное вскармливание.

Контактные линзы удаляют до инстилляции препарата и устанавливают вновь не ранее, чем через 30 мин после закапывания.

Воздействие на способность управления транспортными средствами и механизмами
При возникновении затуманивания зрения после инстилляции необходимо воздержаться от управления транспортными средствами и занятий потенциально
опасными видами деятельности, требующими повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций, до его восстановления.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions; feeling of eyelid adhesion (due to the high viscosity of the solution); blurred vision immediately after instillation; burning sensation in the eye; eye irritation.

Data on the overdose of the drug Defisloz® is not available.

Should not be used simultaneously with eye drops containing metal salts.

Аллергические реакции, чувство склеивания век (из-за большой вязкости раствора), затуманивание зрения сразу после инстилляции, жжение в глазу, раздражение глаза.

Данные по передозировке препарата Дефислёз® отсутствуют.

Не следует применять одновременно с глазными каплями, содержащими соли металлов.

Pharmacology

Corneal epithelium protector, provides lubricating and soothing effects in cases of reduced tear secretion. Due to its high viscosity, it increases the duration of contact with the cornea. The refractive index of the preparation is similar to that of natural tears. It promotes the restoration and stabilization of the optical characteristics of the tear film. It exerts a protective effect on the cornea in conditions of reduced tear secretion and prolongs the effect of other eye drops.

Протектор эпителия роговицы, оказывает смазывающее, смягчающее действие при пониженной секреции слёзной жидкости. За счёт высокой вязкости увеличивается продолжительность контакта препарата с роговицей. Показатель преломления препарата аналогичен естественной слезе. Способствует восстановлению и стабилизации оптических характеристик слёзной плёнки. Оказывает защитное действие по отношению к роговице при пониженной секреции слёзной жидкости и удлиняет действие других глазных капель.

Данные о фармакокинетике препарата отсутствуют.
