How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon of crushed raw material (1.5 g) with 200 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid, and steep for 20 minutes in a warm place; strain.
Adults should take 1 cup of the infusion 3 times a day before meals.
Duration of intake: 2-4 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
