How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon of crushed raw material (1.5 g) with 200 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid, and infuse for 20 minutes in a warm place, then strain.
Adults should take 1/2 cup of the infusion per day during meals.
Duration of intake: 2-3 weeks.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

THYME HERBAL TEA /ERKAPHARM - Dietary Supplement (BAA)
Thyme - has bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticonvulsant, expectorant, calming, antispasmodic, and diuretic effects.
Used for inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and respiratory tract, such as bronchitis, tracheitis, whooping cough, bronchial asthma, pharyngitis, angina, and for fungal lesions of the mucosa.
Thyme is used for colds with febrile conditions as an antipyretic agent.
