How to use

Methods of application:
Body care (massage)
Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage the problem areas of the body for several minutes until fully absorbed.
Aromatherapy bath
Add a mixture of 5-7 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea salt) to a bath filled with water (37-38°C). Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. After the bath, dry the body with a towel without rinsing.
Aromatherapy
Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil (or a mixture of essential oils) for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the bottom of the aroma lamp. Do not allow the water to boil. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
Alternatively, place 1-2 drops of essential oil (or a mixture of essential oils) in an aroma pendant or apply to a napkin and inhale throughout the day.
Hot inhalations for nasal congestion
Add 2-4 drops of essential oil to a container of hot water, cover your head with a towel, close your eyes, and lean over the solution, deeply inhaling the vapors for 3-10 minutes.
Sauna
Mix essential oil with water (5-7 drops per 1 liter of water) and spray on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating devices.
Facial and neck care
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of cream, toner, or gel, mix thoroughly, and use as directed. Apply to cleansed facial skin twice a day (morning and evening).
For cleansing, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to a cotton pad moistened with warm water and wring it out, then wipe the skin.
Hair care
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of shampoo, conditioner, or rinse.
To prepare a hair mask, add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of fatty oil (almond or jojoba). Rub the mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair in a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash the hair with shampoo.

2-4 капли эфирного масла добавить в емкость с горячей водой, укрыть голову полотенцем, закрыть глаза и, наклонившись над этим раствором, глубоко вдыхать пары в течение 3-10 минут.
Сауна
Смешать эфирное масло с водой (5-7 капель на 1 литр воды) и разбрызгать на стены и пол, избегая попадания на нагревательные приборы.
Уход за кожей лица и шеи
К 10-15 мл крема, тоника, геля добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно перемешать, использовать по назначению. Наносить на очищенную кожу лица 2 раза в день (утром и вечером).
Для очищения нанести несколько капель смеси масла на смоченный в теплой воде и отжатый ватный тампон и протереть кожу.
Уход за волосами
Добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на 1 столовую ложку шампуня, бальзама или ополаскивателя.
Для приготовления маски для волос добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на 1 столовую ложку жирного масла (миндального или жожоба). Втереть смесь в кожу головы, затем обернуть волосы полотенцем и оставить на 30-40 минут. После проведения процедуры рекомендуется промыть волосы шампунем.

Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with vegetable (base) oils.
General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:
- Do not use in pure form.
- Do not apply internally.
- Always adhere to the recommended dosages. For children and elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.
- Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of water.

-Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо промыть их большим количеством воды.

The essential oil of common spruce is obtained by steam distillation from the needles. The essential oil contains up to 30% bornyl acetate, as well as santene, pinene, camphene, phellandrene, limonene, camphor, borneol, and cadinene.

The coniferous, woody, camphor-smoky aroma calms, quickly alleviates tension and nervousness. It revitalizes tired skin that has lost its smoothness and elasticity. Due to its antibacterial properties, it reduces acne, helps with dandruff, and prevents hair loss.

The sharp, fresh, resinous-bitter aroma of spruce soothes, eliminates overstrain, nervousness, and depression, and uplifts the mood. In cosmetics, it is used in oil blends to improve complexion and cleanse facial skin. It rejuvenates the skin, enhances its protective functions, and reduces sweating. The essential oil of spruce needles disinfects the air in indoor spaces. A wonderful aroma for baths and saunas.

Combines well with: orange, clove, cedar, lemon, fir, pine.
