Indications

Bergamot essential oil is an excellent remedy for depression and apathy. It revitalizes even the most hopeless pessimists, charging them with life energy. It cleanses and refreshes oily and combination skin, tones, tightens pores, and evens out the tone of pigmented areas. It eliminates dandruff and strengthens hair. It polishes nails, preventing them from splitting. It has deodorizing properties for the oral cavity. It effectively purifies the air in heavily smoked rooms. It is used in the production of colognes.
Combines well with: basil, jasmine, cedar, cypress, coriander, neroli, rose.

Эфирное масло Бергамота настоящего – прекрасное средство от депрессии и апатии. Оно возвращает к жизни самых безнадежных
пессимистов, заряжает жизненной энергией. Очищает и освежает жирную и комбинированную кожу, тонизирует, сужает поры,
выравнивает тон пигментированных участков. Устраняет перхоть и укрепляет волосы. Полирует ногти препятствуя их расслоению.
Обладает дезодорирующими свойствами для полости рта. Прекрасно очищает воздух сильно задымленных помещений.
Используется при изготовлении одеколонов.
Сочетается с: базиликом, жасмином, кедром, кипарисом, кориандром, нероли, розой.

How to use

Methods of application:
1. Massage. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage the problem areas of the body for several minutes until fully absorbed into the skin.
2. Sauna. Essential oils mixed with water (5-7 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water) are sprayed into the air or splashed on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating appliances.
3. Bath. Add a mixture of essential oil (5-7 drops) with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a bath with water temperature of 37-38°C. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. After the bath, towel dry without rinsing.
4. Cold compresses on the calf muscles during heat. Dilute 7-8 drops of oil in 100 ml of water, then immerse a cotton cloth in this solution, lightly wring it out, and place it on the calf muscles.
5. Rinsing the oral cavity and nasopharynx. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to ½ glass of warm boiled water, mix. After rinsing the mouth, spit out the liquid.
6. Oil mixtures for cosmetic procedures. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, olive), mix thoroughly. For facial and neck care, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to the fingertips and massage into the skin with light circular motions. For cleansing the skin of the face and neck, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to a cotton pad moistened with warm water and wipe the skin.
7. Hair care. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of shampoo, conditioner, or rinse. To prepare a hair mask, add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of fatty oil (almond or jojoba). Rub this mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair in a towel and leave for 2 hours. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash the hair with shampoo.
8. Strengthening and polishing nails. Mix 10 drops of bergamot oil with 10 drops of jojoba oil, apply to the nail plates and beds, massage first with fingers, then with a gauze napkin.

Методы применения:
1. Массаж. Эфирное масло (3-5 капли) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового,
миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать проблемные участки тела в течение нескольких
минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
2. Сауна. Эфирные масла в смеси с водой (5-7 капель эфирного масла на 1 литр воды) распыляют в воздухе или брызгают на
стены и пол, избегая попадания на нагревательные приборы.
3. Ванна. В ванну с температурой воды 37 - 38?С добавить смесь эфирного масла (5-7 капель) с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора
(молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Продолжительность процедуры 15 – 30 минут. После ванны, не ополаскиваясь
вытереть тело полотенцем.
4. Холодные компрессы на икроножные мышцы при жаре. 7-8 капель масла развести в 100 мл воды, затем погрузить в этот
раствор х/б ткань, слегка отжать и положить на икроножные мышцы.
5. Полоскание полости рта и носоглотки. 1-2 капли эфирного масла добавить в ? стакана теплой кипяченой воды, размешать.
Прополоскав рот, выплюнуть жидкость.
6. Масляные смеси для косметических процедур. В одну чайную ложку любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового,
оливкового) добавить 1-2 капли эфирного масло, тщательно перемешать.
Для ухода за кожей лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на кончики пальцев рук и втереть в кожу легкими
массирующими движениями.
Для очищения кожи лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на смоченный в теплой воде и отжатый тампон и
протереть кожу.
7. Уход за волосами. Добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на одну столовую ложку шампуня, бальзама или ополаскивателя.
Для приготовления маски для волос добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на одну столовую ложку жирного масла (миндального
или жожоба). Втереть эту смесь в кожу головы, затем обернуть волосы полотенцем и оставить на 2 часа. После проведения
процедуры рекомендуется промыть волосы шампунем.
8. Укрепление и полировка ногтей. Смесь 10 капель масла бергамота с 10 каплями масла жожоба, нанести на ногтевые
пластины и ложа, помассировать сначала пальцами, а затем марлевой салфеткой.

Contraindications & warnings

Do not use during pregnancy and in children under 12 years old.
- Do not use in individuals with allergic diseases, bronchial asthma, epilepsy.
- Do not apply to open skin areas during periods of sun exposure.

Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with vegetable (base) oils.
General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:

• Do not use in pure form.

• Do not apply internally.

• Be sure to adhere to the recommended dosages. For children and elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.

• Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.

лица.
Меры предосторожности:

• Не использовать в чистом виде.

• Не применять внутрь.

• Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для детей и пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 - 1/3 от
дозы взрослого человека, указанной в инструкции.

• Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо
промыть их большим количеством воды.
