How to use

Methods of application:
1. Air aromatization. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. Do not allow the water to boil; occasionally add water. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
2. Massage. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any cosmetic oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, and perform the massage procedure.
3. Aromatic bath. Add a mixture of essential oil (5-7 drops) with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, or sea salt) to a bath filled with water (37-38°C). Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. After the bath, dry the body with a towel without rinsing.
4. Compress. Dissolve 15-20 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of room temperature water, then immerse a cotton cloth in this water, lightly wring it out, and apply it to the affected area, covering with compress paper and then with a warming cloth. Duration of the procedure is from 15 to 40 minutes.
5. Gargling the oral cavity and nasopharynx. Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of honey, dissolve the mixture in 200 ml of warm water. Gargle and spit out the liquid. Perform the procedure daily 2-3 times a day.
6. Rubbing. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any cosmetic oil (jojoba, peach, or almond), and rub until fully absorbed.
7. Enrichment of cosmetic products. Add 3-5 drops of nutmeg essential oil to 10-15 ml of cream, toner, gel, shampoo, etc., mix thoroughly, and use as directed.
8. Hair care. To prepare a hair mask, add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of fatty oil (almond or jojoba). Rub this mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair in a towel and leave for 2 hours. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash the hair with shampoo.
9. Sauna. Mix nutmeg essential oil with water (5-7 drops per 1 liter of water) and spray on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating devices.

Методы применения:
1.Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполнить горячей водой, добавить 5-7 капель эфирного масла в расчете на 20м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы поместить зажженную свечу. Не допускать кипения воды, время от времени необходимо добавлять воду. Длительность процедуры 15-30 минут.
2.Массаж. Эфирное масло (3-5 капель) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого косметического масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, провести процедуру массажа.
3.Ароматическая ванна. В наполненную водой ванну (37-38°C) добавить смесь эфирного масла (5-7 капель) с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда или морской соли). Продолжительность процедуры 15-30 минут. После ванны, не ополаскиваясь, вытереть тело полотенцем.
4.Компресс. В 1 л воды комнатной температуры размешать 15-20 капель эфирного масла, после чего погрузить в эту воду х/б ткань, слегка отжать и наложить на больное место, накрыть компрессной бумагой, затем утепляющей тканью. Время процедуры от 15 до 40 минут.
5.Полоскание полости рта и носоглотки. К 1 чайной ложке меда добавить 4-5 капель эфирного масла, растворить смесь в 200 мл. теплой воды. Прополоскав рот, выплюнуть жидкость. Проводить процедуру ежедневно 2-3 раза в день.
6.Растирание. 3-5 капель эфирного масла смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого косметического масла (жожоба, персикового или миндального), втирать до полного впитывания.
7.Обогащение косметических средств. К 10-15 мл. крема, тоника, геля, шампуня и т.д. добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла мускатного ореха, тщательно перемешать, использовать по назначению.
8.Уход за волосами. Для приготовления маски для волос добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на одну столовую ложку жирного масла (миндального или жожоба). Втереть эту смесь в кожу головы, затем обернуть волосы полотенцем и оставить на 2 часа. После проведения процедуры рекомендуется промыть волосы шампунем.
9.Сауна. Смешать эфирное масло мускатного ореха с водой (5-7 капель на 1 литр воды) и разбрызгать на стены и пол, избегая попадания на нагревательные приборы.

Contraindications & warnings

- Individual intolerance to the oil.
- Do not use in individuals with allergic diseases, bronchial asthma.
- In the presence of chronic diseases, consult a doctor before performing aromatherapy on a child or elderly person.
- Do not use during pregnancy and in children under 3 years of age.
- Do not apply to sensitive skin.
- Do not use in cases of epilepsy, manic-depressive psychosis, or increased nervous excitability.

Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with vegetable (base) oils.
General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:
- Do not use in pure form.
- Do not apply internally.
- Always adhere to the recommended dosages. For children and the elderly, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.
- Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.

Применение тестируемого масла возможно, если через 12 часов отсутствует аллергическая реакция на коже, головная боль, кашель, одышка, насморк, отечность лица.
Меры предосторожности:
-Не использовать в чистом виде.
-Не применять внутрь.
-Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для детей и пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 - 1/3 от дозы взрослого человека, указанной в инструкции.
-Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо промыть их большим количеством воды.

Nutmeg is a small evergreen sprawling tree 9-12 meters tall from the Myristicaceae family. The native land of nutmeg is the Moluccas. It grows in tropical regions.
It enhances performance, boosts intuition, and helps with mental fatigue. Massage with nutmeg oil relaxes muscle tension. It is a powerful aphrodisiac.

Nutmeg essential oil is obtained by steam distillation from nutmeg seeds (Myristica fragrans). The essential oil is fluid, pale yellow in color. The aroma is spicy, slightly peppery.

Мускатный орех - небольшое вечнозеленое раскидистое дерево 9-12 метров высотой семейства Мускатниковые. Родиной мускатного ореха являются Молуккские острова. Растет в тропических регионах.
Повышает работоспособность, усиливает интуицию, помогает при умственном переутомлении. Массаж с маслом мускатного ореха расслабляет напряжение мышц. Является мощным афродизиаком.

Эфирное масло мускатного ореха получают методом паровой дистилляции из мускатных орехов (Myristica fragrans). Эфирное масло текучее, бледно-желтого цвета. Аромат пряный, слегка перечный.

Properties
