How to use

Methods of use:
1. Air aromatization. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, adding 5-7 drops of essential oil per 20 square meters. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil; periodically, it is necessary to add water. Duration of the procedure is 15 – 30 minutes.
Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with vegetable (base) oils.

1. Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель эфирного масла в расчете на 20м квадратных площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажжённую свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды, время от времени необходимо добавлять воду. Длительность процедуры 15 – 30 минут.
Внимание! Эфирные масла – высококонцентрированные фитоэссенции. В косметических целях следует применять только в смеси с растительными (базовыми) маслами.

Contraindications & warnings

• Individual intolerance to the oil.

• Do not use in individuals with allergic diseases and bronchial asthma.

• Do not use during pregnancy and in children under three years of age.
Compatible with: geranium, jasmine, cinnamon, lemon, lavender.

General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use the essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply it to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear.
Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and periodically inhale throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:

• Do not use in pure form.

• Do not apply internally.

• Strictly adhere to the recommended dosages. For children and elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.

• Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.

возможно, если через 12 часов отсутствует аллергическая реакция на коже, головная боль, кашель, одышка, насморк, отечность
лица.
Меры предосторожности:

• Не использовать в чистом виде.

• Не применять внутрь.

• Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для детей и пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 - 1/3 от
дозы взрослого человека, указанной в инструкции.

• Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо
промыть их большим количеством воды.

Pharmacology

Bitter wormwood is a herbaceous perennial plant of the Asteraceae family, reaching a height of up to 1 meter. The stem and leaves of the plant have a ribbed green color. It grows everywhere: in meadows and forest edges. It is found in the steppe zone. The aerial part of the plant is used to obtain essential oil during the flowering period. The name wormwood comes from the ancient Roman "Artemis" - "Health" or from the ancient Greek "Artemisia" - Artemis, the goddess of childbirth and hunting.

The essential oil of bitter wormwood is obtained by steam distillation from the aerial part of the plant.

Action:
The bitter-fresh, camphor-like aroma of bitter wormwood, with its spicy undertone, combines bitter freshness with the intoxicating scent of the steppes. It "burns" negative emotions, restores life energy, and helps with mental tension, alleviates irritability, nervous and muscle tension, and enhances sexual activity.
It increases concentration and activates memory.

Полынь горькая - травянистое многолетнее растение семейства астровых. Высотой до 1 м. Стебель и листья растения имеют ребристо-зленый цвет. Растение растет повсеместно: на лугах, лесных опушках. Произрастает в степной полосе. Для получения эфирного масла используется надземная часть растения в период цветения. Название полыни происходит от древнеримского «Артемиз» - «Здоровье» или от древнегреческого «Артимезия» - Артемида, богиня деторождения и охоты.
