Indications

Clove oil is helpful in situations where an energy boost and a surge of new strength are needed. It stimulates brain activity and improves memory. It aids the body in recovery. For cosmetic purposes, it is used in creams in mixtures with base (vegetable) oils (at a concentration of 1-5%) for oily and problem skin. It is an effective insect repellent (against ants, moths, mosquitoes).
Combines well with: cinnamon, lavender, lemon, juniper, mint.

Масло гвоздики помогает в ситуациях, когда необходима энергетическая подзарядка и прилив новых сил. Стимулирует мозговую
деятельность и улучшает память. Помогает организму восстанавливаться. В косметических целях в кремах в смесях с базовыми
(растительными) маслами (в 1-5% концентрации) используется для жирной и проблемной кожи. Является хорошим средством для
отпугивания насекомых (муравьев, моли, комаров).
Сочетается с: корицей, лавандой, лимоном, можжевельником, мятой.

How to use

Methods of application:
1. Air aromatization. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil per 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil; occasionally, it is necessary to add water. Duration of the procedure is 15 – 30 minutes.
2. Bath. Add a mixture of essential oil (5-7 drops) with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a bath with water temperature of 37 - 38°C. Duration of the procedure is 15 – 30 minutes. After the bath, do not rinse off; dry the body with a towel.
3. Sauna. Essential oils mixed with water (5-7 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water) are sprayed into the air or splashed on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating elements.
4. Gargling the oral cavity and nasopharynx. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to ½ glass of warm boiled water, mix. After gargling, spit out the liquid.
5. Oil mixtures for cosmetic procedures. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, olive), and mix thoroughly. For facial and neck care, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to the fingertips and massage into the skin with light circular motions. For cleansing the skin of the face and neck, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to a cotton pad moistened with warm water and wipe the skin.
6. Massage. Mix essential oil (3-5 drops) with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage the problem areas of the body for several minutes until fully absorbed into the skin.

Методы применения:
1. Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель эфирного масла в расчете на 20м?
площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажжённую свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды, время
от времени необходимо добавлять воду. Длительность процедуры 15 – 30 минут.
2. Ванна. В ванну с температурой воды 37 - 38?С добавить смесь эфирного масла (5-7 капель) с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора
(молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Продолжительность процедуры 15 – 30 минут. После ванны, не ополаскиваясь
вытереть тело полотенцем.
3. Сауна. Эфирные масла в смеси с водой (5-7 капель эфирного масла на 1 литр воды) распыляют в воздухе или брызгают на
стены и пол, избегая попадания на нагревательные приборы.
4. Полоскание полости рта и носоглотки. 1-2 капли эфирного масла добавить в ? стакана теплой кипяченой воды, размешать.
Прополоскав рот, выплюнуть жидкость.
5. Масляные смеси для косметических процедур. В одну чайную ложку любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового,
оливкового) добавить 1-2 капли эфирного масло, тщательно перемешать.
Для ухода за кожей лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на кончики пальцев рук и втереть в кожу легкими
массирующими движениями.
Для очищения кожи лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на смоченный в теплой воде и отжатый тампон и
протереть кожу.
6. Массаж. Эфирное масло (3-5 капли) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового,
миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать проблемные участки тела в течение нескольких
минут до полного впитывания в кожу.

• Do not use in individuals with allergic diseases and bronchial asthma.

• Do not use during pregnancy and in children under three years of age.

• Hyperexcitability of the nervous system, hypertension.

Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with vegetable (base) oils.
General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:

• Do not use in pure form.

• Do not apply internally.

• Be sure to follow the recommended dosages. For children and elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.

• Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.

ухо.2-3 капли эфирного масла нанести на носовой платок и в течение дня периодически вдыхать. Применение тестируемого масла
возможно, если через 12 часов отсутствует аллергическая реакция на коже, головная боль, кашель, одышка, насморк, отечность
лица.
Меры предосторожности:

• Не использовать в чистом виде.

• Не применять внутрь.

• Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для детей и пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 - 1/3 от
дозы взрослого человека, указанной в инструкции.

• Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо
промыть их большим количеством воды.
