How to use

Methods of External Use
Enrichment of cosmetic products: Mix 5-6 drops of anise essential oil with 10-15 g (ml) of a base (cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo).
For increased excitability, for a strong and healthy sleep - with lemon balm and lavender (1:1:1). Gently massage the resulting mixture into the temples in circular motions, perform a relaxing massage, take a bath.
Massage: Mix 5-6 drops of anise essential oil or a blend of oils with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (almond, peach, jojoba, grape seed, apricot kernel, avocado, etc.) or with 10-15 g of your chosen cream.

Baths: Add 3-9 drops of anise essential oil or a blend of oils to a filled bath (36-38°C), previously mixing them with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

For room aromatization: Apply 4-5 drops of anise essential oil or its mixture with mint, lemon balm, or patchouli oils in a 1:1 ratio to a napkin or add to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.

Способы наружного применения
Обогащение косметических средств: 5-6 капель анисового эфирного масла смешать с 10-15 г (мл) основы (крема, тоника, лосьона, шампуня).
При повышенной возбудимости, для крепкого и здорового сна - с мелиссовым и лавандовым (1:1:1). Легкими круговыми движениями втирать полученную смесь в виски, сделать расслабляющий массаж, принять ванну.
Массаж: 5-6 капель анисового эфирного масла или композиции масел смешать с 1 столовой ложкой растительного масла (миндального, персикового, жожоба, виноградных косточек, абрикосовых косточек, авокадо и др.) или с 10-15 г выбранного Вами крема.

Ванны: В наполненную ванну (36-380С) добавляют 3-9 капель эфирного анисового масла или композиции масел, предварительно смешав их с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Продолжительность процедуры 10-20 мин.

Для ароматизация помещений: 4-5 капель анисового эфирного масла или его смеси с мятным, мелиссовым или пачулиевым маслами в соотношении 1:1 нанести на салфетку или добавить в чашку с горячей водой и поместить ее на радиатор отопления. Длительность процедуры 15-30 мин.

When selecting and using essential oil, certain conditions must be observed:

• It is not recommended to apply undiluted essential oils to the skin, as this may cause severe irritation.
