How to use

For enriching cosmetic products: Add a few drops of lemongrass essential oil or in combination with other essential oils to cosmetic cream, shampoo, or lotion at a rate of 0.5-1% of the total volume and mix thoroughly.
For massage: Add a few drops to massage oil or massage cream and mix thoroughly. A composition of lemongrass oil with various essential oils of your choice is possible.
For sauna, bath, hammam: Add a few drops of lemongrass essential oil or your chosen oil blend to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top shelf of the steam room.
For baths: Mix a few drops of lemongrass essential oil or oil blend with one tablespoon of honey, milk, sea or table salt and dissolve the resulting mixture in a bath with water temperature not exceeding 38°C. Duration of the procedure should not exceed 10-20 minutes.
For room fragrance: Add a few drops of essential oil to water and fill the special compartments of an aroma lamp, diffuser, or humidifier with the resulting mixture, provided they have a fragrance function and the ability to use natural essential oils for this purpose. A rich and pleasant aroma will fill the room.

Для обогащения косметических средств: Добавить несколько капель эфирного масла лемонграсса или в комбинации других эфирных масел в косметический крем, шампунь или лосьон из расчета 0,5-1% от общего объема и тщательно перемещать.
Для массажа: добавить несколько капель в массажное масло или в массажный крем и тщательно перемешать. Возможна композиция масла лемонграсса с различными эфирными маслами на выбор.
Для сауны, бани, хамам: добавить несколько капель эфирного масла лемонграсса или выбранной на ваш вкус композиции масел в емкость с небольшим количеством горячей воды и поместить её на верхний стеллаж парилки.
Для ванн: смешать несколько капель эфирного масла лемонграсса или композиции масел с одной столовой ложкой меда, молока, морской или поваренной соли и растворить полученную смесь в ванной с температурой воды не выше 38°С Продолжительность процедуры не более 10-20 мин.
Для ароматизации помещений: Добавить несколько капель эфирного масла в воду и наполнить полученной смесью специальных отсек аромалампы, диффузора или увлажнителя воздуха при наличии в них функции ароматизации и возможности использования для этих целей натуральных эфирных масел. Насыщенный и приятный аромат наполнит помещение.

Pharmacology

LEMONGRASS ESSENTIAL OIL - a light, volatile oil, yellow or reddish-brown in color. It has a strong and persistent lemon aroma with a hint of sweetness.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) - a perennial herbaceous plant of the Gramineae family, reaching up to one meter in height.

The essential oil is obtained from the cut tops of the stems by steam distillation. It has a toning effect, enhancing the firmness and elasticity of the skin.

Лимонное сорго (Cymbopogon citratus) – многолетнее травянистое растения семейства Злаковых (Graminae) высотой до метра.
