How to use

Methods of External Use
For lip care: Apply lemon balm oil in a 1:1 ratio with rose oil or rosewood oil to chapped, cracked lips.

Massage: Mix 3-6 drops of lemon balm oil with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed oil) or your chosen cream.

Baths: Add 4-7 drops of lemon balm oil, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a filled bath (37-38 °C). Duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

Sauna: Add 5-10 drops of lemon balm oil to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top shelf of the steam room.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance. For external use only.
Release form: Bottle containing 10 ml.

Для ухода за губами: Масло мелиссы в соотношении 1:1 с розовым маслом или маслом розового дерева смазывать шелушащиеся, потрескавшиеся губы

Массаж: 3-6 капель мелиссового масла смешать с 1 столовой ложкой любого растительного масла (жожоба, миндального, персикового, масла виноградных косточек) или выбранного Вами крема

Ванны: В наполненную ванну (37-38 °С) добавить 4-7 капель мелиссового масла, пред- варительно смешанных с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда, морской или поварен- ной соли). Продолжительность процедуры 10-20 мин.

Сауна: 5-10 капель мелиссового масла добавить в емкость с небольшим количеством горячей воды и поместить ее на верхний стеллаж парилки.
Противопоказания: Индивидуальная непереносимость. Только для наружного применения.
Форма выпуска: флакон емкостью 10 мл.

Individual intolerance. Toxic when taken orally. The oil may cause irritation on delicate skin and increase its sensitivity to solar radiation. Do not use before sun exposure. For external use only.

- In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse them with vegetable oil (peach, olive, or others), then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
