Косметическое масло для наружного применения

How to use

The oil can be used either in its pure undiluted form or mixed with other cosmetic products. It is used as a cream, mask, massage base, or mixed with tonic or lotion.

Mask for age-related skin changes: apply avocado oil to the face.

Cosmetic oil for the eyelids: use in its pure form or mix with grape seed oil, adding 1-2 drops of essential oils of geranium and rosemary.

Lip balm: apply to the lips a mixture of avocado oil with an equal amount of jojoba oil.

Body massage: avocado oil can be used in its pure form or mixed with essential oils: for 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, add 2-3 drops of essential oils of geranium, cypress, lavender, and juniper.

As a body lotion: add to the bath a mixture of 1 tablespoon of avocado oil with cream, honey, and sea salt.
For strengthening nails: use avocado oil in its pure form or add 3-5 drops of essential oils of lemon, lavender, rosemary, and patchouli to 2 tablespoons of avocado oil. Massage the nails for 5-10 minutes.

Daily facial skin care, moisturizing mask: apply to the face in its pure form or with the addition of vegetable or essential oils.
Massage with oil for rough skin: use apricot oil in its pure form or mixed with essential oils.
Baths: mix 1 tablespoon of apricot oil with an emulsifier (cream, salt, honey) and add to the bath.
Nourishing hair mask: warm apricot oil in hot water or in a water bath, rub into the scalp, leave for 30-60 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
Nail strengthening mask: apply to the nails and rub in a mixture of half a teaspoon of apricot oil and 1 drop of essential oil (lemon, rosemary, juniper, bergamot, or grapefruit).

Масло может применяться как в чистом неразведенном виде, так и в примеси к другим косметическим средствам. Используется в качестве крема, маски, основы для массажа или же размешивается с тоником или лосьоном.

Маска при возрастных изменениях кожи наносить масло авокадо на лицо

Косметическое масло для век использовать в чистом виде или в смеси с маслом виноградных косточек с добавлением 1-2 каплями эфирных масел герани и розмарина.

Бальзам для губ - наносить на губы смесь масло авокадо с таким же количеством масла жожоба.

Массаж тела - масло авокадо можно применять как чистом виде, так и в смеси с эфирными маслами: на 2 столовые ложки масла авокадо добавить по 2-3 капли эфирных масел герани, кипариса, лаванды и можжевельника.

В качестве лосьона для тела добавить в ванну смесь 1 столовой ложке масла авокадо со сливками, медом и морской солью.
Для укрепления ногтей: использовать масло авокадо в чистом виде или добавить на 2 столовые ложки масла авокадо по 3-5 капель эфирных масел лимона, лаванды, розмарина и пачули. Помассировать ногти в течение 5-10 минут.

Ежедневный уход за кожей лица, маска увлажняющая - нанести на кожу лица в чистом виде или с добавлением растительных или эфирных масел
Массаж с маслом от огрубевшей кожи -использовать абрикосовое масло в чистом виде или в смеси с эфирными маслами
Ванны -смешать 1 ст. ложку абрикосового масла с эмульгатором (сливки, соль, мед) и добавить в ванну.
Питательная маска для волос - нагретое в горячей воде или на водяной бане абрикосовое масло втереть в кожу головы, выдержать 30-60 мин., после чего смыть шампунем.
Маска для укрепления ногтей - нанести на ногти и втереть состав из половины чайной ложки абрикосового масла и 1 капли эфирного масла (лимон, розмарин, можжевельник, бергамот или грейпфрут)
